Sustainable Career – Changing the World with the Right Job
The book by Dr. Saskia Juretzek presents various career paths – in companies, consultancies, NGOs, a foundation, politics, all the way to academia.
How do I integrate sustainability into my job? That was the topic of our discussion with Dr. Saskia Juretzek, formerly Senior Manager in Sustainability at Allianz Group and now Head of Sustainability at Tengelmann, where she is responsible for the entire sustainability strategy at group level. With more than 12 years of experience in corporate sustainability, Saskia is an experienced sustainability expert and regularly lectures on sustainability management and is co-founder of Futurewoman, an initiative to promote women in sustainability. She is also co-author of the successful book “Sustainable career – changing the world with the right job”.
In our panel discussion, Saskia gave us interesting tips on how to get started in the sustainability field. The many questions from the MUNA+ community and the generally high attendance of almost 40 participants shows the high relevance.
We would like to thank Saskia for her participation and are already looking forward to seeing her again.

Futurewoman’s goal is to bring more female sustainability experts onto the stage and into the media. With futuretalks and the futureacademy, they contribute to getting more women into decision-making positions, where they can then act in the interests of sustainability.
